10 Bothwell Street fully let with Lawrie IP announced as last tenant

Scottish property firm, the SRE Group, has announced that intellectual property advisor, Lawrie IP, has agreed to take the final available space at 10 Bothwell Street.

Lawrie IP will take the final 1,292 sq.ft. on the third floor of the Glasgow City Centre building, meaning that 10 Bothwell Street is now completely let only nine months after its comprehensive refurbishment.

Lawrie IP’s new headquarters form part of the SRE Groups ‘SRE Complete’ portfolio, which creates impactful and fully-connected ‘walk-in’ space with breakout areas and meeting rooms. The building’s reception area has also been revitalised.

This deal completes an impressive full occupation of the refurbished building, with the 5,500 sq ft third floor let to six new tenants – Crondall Energy, DA Calder, Everyone, EFR Travel, Progressive Partnership and Lawrie IP.

Other firms occupying the rest of SRE’s flagship refurbishment are Begbies Traynor, DM Hall, If Only Holidays, Ossian Wind Farm and Carpenters Solicitors.

Wine Bar MALO is situated in the lower ground floor offering tenants the perfect lunch or evening drinks location.

John Grewar, who manages letting activity for the SRE Group, said: “We are really pleased to announce that with the letting to Lawrie IP, 10 Bothwell Street is now fully occupied, following a programme of refurbishment and asset management that has created one of the most vibrant, connected and central workspaces in the City.

“The tenant community in the building is exciting and diverse and demonstrates that despite a challenging business environment, the right building in the right place will still be highly attractive.”
