Abbey House fully let as Encompass Corporation secures Bothwell Street space

Scottish property firm, The SRE Group, has announced that its Glasgow city centre building at 10 Bothwell Street, has reached full occupancy following a significant letting to Encompass Corporation UK Limited.
Now known as Abbey House, the fully-transformed and refurbished 10 Bothwell Street will now be home to the leading corporate digital identity firm.
Encompass has taken a ten-year lease on the first floor suite, where The SRE Group has completed a bespoke tenant fit-out, including new meeting rooms and kitchen/break out area.
This letting completes a phased refurbishment, undertaken over the last two years, of all the building’s upper floors, which has revitalised the heritage building, with contemporary refurbished workspaces incorporating new electric air conditioning throughout, resulting in an EPC rating of ‘A’.
Other occupiers include If Only Holidays, Ossian Offshore Wind Farm, Carpenters Solicitors, Lawrie IP, DA Calder and Everyone.
John Grewar, who manages lettings for The SRE Group, said: “10 Bothwell Street has proved a highly successful refurbishment project, offering tenants well-finished offices in a prime corner pitch adjacent to Central Station.
“We were able to provide a mix of small flexible offices to full floors all within this landmark building.”
Kirsty Gillies of Encompass Corporation UK Limited added: “We are thrilled to be moving into our new office space at 10 Bothwell Street.
“The move reflects our dedication to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for our team to thrive. Working on the fit-out with the SRE team has been a seamless, positive experience and we appreciate their expertise and dedication in helping us bring our vision to life.”
