AAB appointed as liquidators for Glasgow’s Dog Consultancy
Dog Consultancy, a Glasgow-based digital marketing agency known for working with blue-chip brands, has fallen into liquidation.
On 21 November, Duncan Raggett and David McGinness of AAB were appointed as joint provisional liquidators following a court petition.
The agency, which was incorporated in October 2023, counted major names such as Isle of Harris Distillery, The Macallan, Baillie Gifford, and L’Oréal among its clients. While the exact number of staff at the time of collapse was not confirmed, accounts filed for the period ending 31 December 2024 indicated an average workforce of 27 people.
A statement from AAB said: “The Joint Provisional Liquidators are currently assisting the employees with the submission of their claims to the Redundancy Payments Service.
“The Joint Provisional Liquidators’ investigations into the company are ongoing, and any creditors of the company should contact their office to note their interest in proceedings. The Joint Provisional Liquidators will contact all known creditors of the company in due course.”
