Having served as chief executive since 2022, Ms Pirrie described the acquisition as “both a continuation and a new chapter”. She has not disclosed specific details regarding the transaction, reports.

Ms Pirrie said: “I’ve been CEO since 2022, and I’ll continue to lead our brilliant team and growing founder community with the same energy and purpose.

“Central to this is my belief in what’s possible when women back women.”

She acknowledged that the organisation has evolved into a “powerhouse community”, crediting the passion of its members and the vision of founder Jackie Waring. “Jackie will remain part of the journey as a mentor and advisor, and I’m hugely grateful for everything we’ve built together,” Ms Pirrie added.
