The group moved into a newly refurbished office at 145 St Vincent Street from its previous base in Blythswood Square. The letting represents an investment in one central space that aligns with Ascot Lloyd’s ambitions as a business and marks a further expansion and improvement of its footprint at St Vincent Street.

The deal follows Ascot Lloyd’s recent acquisition of Aberdeen Financial Planning, which was already based on the seventh-floor at 145 St Vincent Street.  Global real estate advisor CBRE advised landlord Robt Jones Holdings on the letting, which sees Ascot Lloyd extend its existing seventh-floor suite to 4,241 sq ft and expand into a further 2,173 sq ft on the third-floor. Both spaces have been refurbished to CAT A specification.

The building has been extensively refurbished to meet the evolving needs of the workforce, including dedicated showers and changing facilities and a rooftop terrace.

Ascot Lloyd will carry out a refit of its current seventh-floor space and new fit-out works of the additional third-floor space, to provide a high-quality environment for its staff and clients alike.
