Eureka Solutions – an award-winning, family-owned provider of business software solutions – will become Pine Services’ first UK acquisition.

Based in East Kilbride, Eureka implements and supports accounting and ERP solutions across Oracle NetSuite, Sage 200, and iplicit. The firm also owns its own proprietary, cloud-based systems integration tool, Besyncly.

Highly experienced in guiding Scottish and UK owner-managed businesses through mergers and acquisitions, Consilium provided Eureka with end-to-end support, including marketing the business for sale, finding a suitable buyer and leading the transaction to completion. Consilium corporate finance partner Linzi Wilson and director Siobhan Moore led the deal.
