Consilium Chartered Accountants has provided financial due diligence services to the Foresight Group as part of its investment in Scottish business, MyWay Digital Health.
MyWay Digital Health – a spin-out from the University of Dundee – is a digital healthcare solutions provider. Its focus on cost-effective, data-driven, personalised healthcare technology, has attracted a £3 million investment from private equity firm, Foresight Group.
The investment will allow MyWay Digital Health to accelerate the development of new AI-enabled products and expand its commercial footprint. The firm is seeking to meet growing global demand for scalable digital health solutions, such as its flagship platform MyWay Diabetes.
Corporate finance partner Linzi Wilson and Colin McCrann led Consilium’s financial due diligence team.
Foresight managing director, private equity, Daniel Halliday said: “Consilium delivered a well-structured and disciplined financial due diligence. Their team demonstrated strong commercial awareness and analytical rigour, helping to clarify key value drivers and risks.
“The reporting was clear, the recommendations pragmatic, and the overall process was efficient and collaborative.”
Ms Wilson said: “Foresight has a proven track record of investing in promising businesses and helping them maximise their potential.
“MyWay Digital Health is a great example, and it was our pleasure to support Daniel on this project.
“Everyone at Consilium is looking forward to seeing how MyWay continues to innovate and expand thanks to this investment.”
