Cloud business solutions provider Eureka Solutions has embarked on a new phase of expansion with a brand new, purpose-built office.

The move to a new headquarters in the 6500 sq. ft. top floor east wing of West Point House, Peel Park, Redwood Place, East Kilbride follows a significant increase in growth at the firm in recent years.

Eureka will share the building with other big name companies including IBM and Wipro.

The investment in the new property comes after Eureka Solutions’ surge in staff recruitment, meaning that it has outgrown its existing premises in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park.

The firm has taken a 10 year lease on its new premises which offers efficient, modern and flexible open plan accommodation, creating room for further expansion in the future and a pleasant and contemporary working space for its 45 members of staff.

To ensure attraction and retention of the best staff, delivering the best service to its valued customers, Eureka Solutions has invested £250k in first class facilities providing the best possible working environment.

Eureka SolutionsThe new office will include dual fibre connection, supplied from two separate sources to ensure 100 per cent connection at all times, improved disabled access and car parking facilities with electric vehicle charging available. Natural ventilation, better meeting and conferencing facilities and dedicated kitchen facilities are also provided.

Although based in Scotland, Eureka Solutions has a significant customer base throughout the UK, with many more projects in the pipeline. The move to its new location in West Point House will ensure staff members, working in a new and enhanced environment, continue to grow and thrive whilst delivering a first class service to customers.

Gillian Livingstone, managing director of eureka solutions said: “Eureka Solutions has spent 12 happy years in our home at Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, during which time we’ve grown from 4 members of staff to 45. Our move will really help us invest in the long term future of our staff as we continue to grow in number. This move is an important milestone for the company and a clear indication that our award winning services are in demand from an ever growing clientele. Our new premises have been purpose built to ensure we provide an excellent service to our customers from staff who have access to state of art facilities.”
