Amazon’s Alexa, the online retail giant’s intelligent personal voice assistant, may soon become the latest player to branch into fintech after it emerged this week that developers are working on technology that will allow users to make money transfers through the system.
But now biometric software company Daon has developed a way for users to send money to friends, according to CNET.
The reports claim the feature could arrive on Amazon’s voice-activated speakers and devices in the next nine to 18 months.
