The six-unit retail office development at Kingshill Park East aims to deliver around 6,500 sq ft of commercial space on a 0.45-acre site.

If approved, the development will also include 18 parking spaces and is expected to be completed by autumn 2027.

TaxAssist Accountants and Brimmond Financial Planning each plan to move into a unit, leaving four available to lease.

Each individual unit offers approximately 104 sq m of space, with flexibility for occupiers to lease a single unit, combine two or three units, or secure all four available units.
