Ms Cleife will be responsible for leading investment coverage in South and Central Scotland. She joins an established team, working alongside fellow investment managers Dave Young, who covers the East and North East, and Jim Pritchard, who is responsible for the West and North West.

Bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Santander and NatWest, Ms Cleife has a strong track record of supporting Scottish SMEs across various sectors to access finance for growth. Her significant background in commercial lending and business development will be a valuable asset in helping ambitious Scottish businesses to scale.
