The firm has been named a finalist in the Business of the Year and Customer First categories.

The awards are organised by Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce, with the gala event due to take place on Thursday, March 11 (2021) at the P&J Live venue.

Infinity Partnership has won more than 20 national awards, including five wins in a row at the highly-regarded British Accountancy Awards.

Simon Cowie, managing partner at Infinity Partnership, said: “It’s a great honour to be shortlisted for two prestigious Northern Star Business Awards. The Business of the Year nomination shows how much we have developed and grown in recent years despite the challenges of the low oil price.

“The other nomination recognises our unrelenting commitment to customer service. We’re delighted to be shortlisted with other outstanding north-east businesses. It’s been a first-rate effort by the team and we look forward to awards night next year.”

Infinity, which has a UK-wide base of 3,000 clients, is recognised for its accountancy, tax, research and development tax credit scheme, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance expertise. More than 80% of its clients are connected to the energy sector.

The firm has a staff of 25 and doubled the size of its office with a move to a prestigious stand-alone building in Carden Place in 2018. Infinity was established in 2011.

This year saw a record 130 nominations submitted for 12 the categories.
