Key appointment at Wylie & Bisset

Glasgow-based accountancy firm Wylie & Bisset has announced the appointment of Graham Gillespie as a Partner effective from 1st July 2017.

Mr Gillespie joined Wylie & Bisset in 2002 and worked through the ranks to be appointed manager in 2008 and then Director in 2014.

He has over 10 years of experience in providing internal audit services to various sectors including Education, Social Housing, NDPBs, Charities and private sector.

In announcing his latest protion, the firm said that one of Mr Gillespie’s key tasks will be to build on the firm’s strong internal audit client base in these sectors and to continue to grow the portfolio of owner-managed businesses.

Joint Managing Partners Donald McKinnon and Ross McLauchlan said in a statement: “We are delighted to welcome Graham to the Partnership. He has real talent and a determination to succeed and we are confident he will help to continue the growth of the business.”
