Knight Property Group signs new tenant at Kingshill Park

Knight Property Group has secured Mermaid Subsea Services (UK) Ltd, part of Mermaid Group as its new office tenant for Pavilion 11 at Kingshill Park in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

The firm has moved from a small serviced office and agreed a five-year lease on Suite D. Extending to 2,500 sq ft, the first floor suite is a ‘plug and play’ office, which features fully fitted space, including desks, meeting rooms and welfare space. It also offers car parking, with electric car charging points.

Mermaid Group is a subsea and offshore drilling services provider and has been active across the offshore energy industry for over 30 years. 



Kingshill Park is located approximately 7.5 miles west of Aberdeen city centre, immediately off the A944 road. It offers good communication links to the north and south via the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Road. It was developed speculatively by Knight Property Group in four phases. Pavilions 11 was part of the latest development phase, being completed in 2021.

It offers Grade A office space, complete with air conditioning, electric car charging points, high performance wall and roof cladding and column free space internally.
Previous phases of development have attracted a range of occupiers including CALA Homes, Swagelok, Acumen Financial Planning, Awilco Drilling, StormGeo, Lockton, PanGeo Subsea and DAI.

Savills and Ryden are joint agents for Knight Property Group at Pavilion 11, Kingshill Business Park.
