The office building at 4-5 Lochside Avenue
Knight Property Group has achieved full occupancy at its flagship sustainable office building, 4-5 Lochside Avenue in Edinburgh Park, after securing workplace design specialist Anchorpoint Interiors as its final tenant
Anchorpoint Interiors, a leading specialist in corporate and commercial workplace design and build, has agreed terms for a first-floor suite. The company joins existing occupiers Pulsant, Lumacron Technology and SP Transmission.
Founded in 1999, Anchorpoint’s end-to-end approach combines workplace consultancy, quality design and flawless construction to help organisations maximise their Return on Workplace Investment (ROWI). The company follows a value-driven methodology that mitigates risk, reduces complexity, provides cost certainty and delivers against defined commercial goals. With a regional network across Europe, Anchorpoint is able to consistently apply this approach to create high-performing workplaces wherever clients need them.
Michael Paterson, managing director of Anchorpoint Interiors, said: “We are excited to secure this new space, which reflects our growth and the continued expansion of our national presence.
“As we support projects across the UK, our team continues to grow, bringing together passionate professionals committed to creating workplaces where people truly thrive.”
James Barrack, founder and chairman of Knight Property Group, said: “We are delighted to have secured full occupancy at 4-5 Lochside Avenue, with a strong roll of high-calibre occupiers.
“This milestone highlights the success of our investment and our commitment to delivering future-proofed, sustainable office space. The building has been designed to meet the evolving needs of modern occupiers and support their ESG aspirations.”
Knight Property Group invested in the comprehensive redevelopment of the three-storey pavilion-style building, transforming it into one of the most sustainable and contemporary office buildings in Edinburgh Park. The building is fully electric, has achieved an EPC ‘A+’ rating and offers net zero in operation, aligning with Scottish Government Net Zero targets and New Build Heat Standards.
