Q&A Law Practice has agreed to lease the final available suite at St Swithin Row, a long held Aberdeen property within Knight Property Group’s portfolio, marking full occupancy of all four office suites within the building.

Established in 2021 by partners Lewis Quinn and Mike Anderson, the boutique law firm has secured a five-year lease on suite B, a 970 sq ft ground floor office space. This ten-desk open plan office includes a meeting room and offers two car parking spaces, one of which features an EV charging point.

The firm, currently comprising five staff, has relocated from serviced offices on Queen’s Road and specialises in commercial property, general contract and employment law.

Mr Quinn, partner at Q&A Law Practice, said: “Securing this new office aligns with our business development strategy, providing us with quality space in a prime west end location, which offers visibility and accessibility for our clients.

“We have ambitions to develop our business and this office offers space and flexibility to facilitate future growth.”

Daniel Mitchell, management surveyor at Knight Property Group, added: “Q&A is a great addition to the quality tenant lineup at St Swithin Row and we extend our best wishes for their future success.

“The agreement with Q&A Law Practice as the final occupier highlights the growing demand for office space in Aberdeen’s west end.”

St Swithin Row offers modern office suites with open plan layouts. The property provides car parking and boasts excellent connectivity, situated only a short distance from Queen’s Road, Albyn Place, and Carden Place, with Union Street just a five-minute walk away.

Graeme Nisbet, director of FG Burnett, who served as joint agents with Ryden, stated: “St Swithin Row is situated in a vibrant part of the city. We are pleased to have supported Knight Property Group to achieve full occupancy.

“It is clear that the refurbished offices situated in the west end location have provided an attractive offer, that has appealed to a range of high calibre occupiers.”

Other tenants in the building are Ardyne, Barra Energy, and Braemar Shipbroking Limited.
