Glasgow tech park property snapped up by Maven

Maven Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Pegasus House, a single-let, modern, high-quality building situated within the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park in East Kilbride, on the outskirts of Glasgow.

The property comprises a total of 20,228 sq ft of contemporary, open-plan office and ancillary accommodation across two floors. It also benefits from a range of other on-site amenities, including parking for 83 cars, landscaped surroundings, electric vehicle charging points, and security.

The tenant, NXP Laboratories UK Ltd, is a subsidiary of NXP Semiconductors NV, a leading global semiconductor manufacturer listed on the US Nasdaq stock exchange.
