Natwest launches Scams Live event

NatWest Scams Live will look at some of the techniques used by criminals and how they encourage customers to hand over personal information which is then used to scam them.

The 30-minute session will give viewers the opportunity to ask any questions or raise concerns they have.

Jason Costain, head of fraud, NatWest, said: “Before the coronavirus pandemic took hold, fraud was already the number one reported crime in the UK. Join our session to hear about the latest ways criminals are exploiting the coronavirus pandemic and learn how you can protect yourself from scams.”

The online session will be live on Friday 24 April 2020 at 12pm through the NatWest Facebook page, a recording will be available shortly afterwards.
