Both new starts will follow the firm’s structured training and development programme, working towards their formal SOLAS qualification.

Mr Watson joins the firm following his graduation from Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in accounting. He has spent five years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, where he honed his leadership skills and developed a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.

Ms Watson holds a degree in business law and finance and brings with her a background in customer service, having developed excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability through her roles in the retail sector.
