New investment manager for Brooks Macdonald Edinburgh

Brooks Macdonald, the investment manager with over £10.5 billion in funds under management has announced that Jennifer Innes has graduated from the firm’s trainee investment manager scheme to take up her new role in Edinburgh.

As a newly qualified investment manager, Ms Innes will join the team of Robin McAdam, who heads up Brooks Macdonald’s office in the Scottish capital.

Brooks Macdonald’s investment manager training scheme dates back to the 1990s and 39 of the firm’s investment managers have come through its trainee scheme.



Brooks Macdonald currently has nine trainees, across its regional network.

Robin McAdam, Head of Brooks Macdonald’s Edinburgh office, said: “We’d like to congratulate Jennifer on becoming an Investment Manager. She has worked extremely hard throughout our training scheme. We are delighted that she is now a fully-fledged member of the team at our growing Edinburgh office.”

Jennifer Innes added: “I am delighted to have completed the training programme and professional qualifications. I received tremendous support from the team throughout my training, and I am looking forward to helping the business grow by building relationships with independent financial advisers, accountants and solicitors, as well as charity clients.”
