Pacitti Jones expands business in Glasgow with latest acquisition

Glasgow and Central Scotland based estate agent and solicitors, Pacitti Jones, is expanding its legal practice in Glasgow through the acquisition of Rutherglen-based Carr Berman Crichton (CBC).
Pacitti Jones chief executive John O’Malley said: “We already have a strong presence and proven track record in Greater Glasgow and Central Scotland but we are always looking at opportunities to grow.
“We are excited to be coming together with CBC, a highly respected local firm which has provided very high quality legal services in Rutherglen and the surrounding areas for several decades.”
Robert Westwood, director of CBC, commented: “We are delighted to be joining forces with Pacitti Jones and as a result can add to the services we already provide to our clients.
“We have always prided ourselves on providing our client with high quality professional services, as do Pacitti Jones, and we look forward to continuing in this vein as part of the Pacitti Jones brand.”
All existing CBC staff will be remaining with the business and transferring over to Pacitti Jones.
