Perth and Kinross Council launches Business Survey 2016

On Friday, September 30 Perth & Kinross Council will be launching its 2016 Business Survey and the local authority is inviting all Perth and Kinross-based businesses to share their views to help shape policy for the future.

With over 6,000 businesses operating in Perth & Kinross, there is a wide range of enterprising activity in the area.

The Survey will probe their plans for the future, confidence levels, key barriers and drivers for business, impacts of Brexit and satisfaction with the local area.

It is anticipated that the Business Survey will influence future policy for Perth & Kinross area.

Council officers will contact businesses directly by email, over the phone and in person to ask them to participate in the survey. We ask that every business take the time to respond to the survey so that we can get a truly accurate representation of the current position and aims for the future.

The results will be discussed and analysed an Economic Expert Panel comprising of representatives of the Council, Scottish Government, Perth College UHI, the Federation of Small Businesses and the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce. The results and outcomes will be shared with everyone who participates in the survey.

The closing date for the survey is Friday, October 21.
