Aberdeen-headquartered corporate finance firm Quantify Advisors has appointed Ryan Clark as a new corporate finance manager as it marks its second anniversary in business.

Mr Clark joins the independent firm after eight years at Deloitte, where he worked as an Assistant Manager and subsequently as manager. During this period, which was interspersed with a role in audit at Johnston Carmichael, he developed considerable experience leading large-scale audits for both publicly listed and privately owned businesses.

The appointment coincides with Quantify reaching its two-year milestone, during which time the firm has completed 27 deals with a cumulative value of more than £320 million.

Earlier in 2026, the firm completed financial due diligence on its first fully overseas transaction, broadening its presence within the UK and European dealmaking community.

Momentum has continued through the year, with recent mandates including financial and tax due diligence supporting Hero Media & Entertainment on its acquisitions of Dundee Press Agency and E News Now. Earlier this month, the firm also provided vendor due diligence to Pipelines 2 Data ahead of its sale to STATS Group.

Melanie Clark, partner at Quantify, said: “Ryan’s appointment reflects the continued growth in both our new projects pipeline and repeat clients who continue to place their trust in the Quantify team to provide trusted and bespoke advice on a range of corporate finance tasks.

“We are confident Ryan’s experience to date will complement our existing team’s skillset well, allowing us to further enhance the stellar service we offer our loyal clients across the UK and Europe.”

Tom Faichnie, partner at Quantify, added: “When Melanie and I launched the firm two years ago, we were confident there was a gap in the Scottish market for an experienced yet flexible and highly diligent corporate finance advisory firm.

“Not only have we proved this hypothesis having advised on 27 deals, but we have now begun to position Quantify as a genuine European due diligence player able to support on the most complex of cross-border transactions.

“Lastly, I’m incredibly proud of the highly skilled and driven team we have now assembled and truly excited for what the future has in store for all of us at Quantify.”
