Resonance Capital appointed as strategic advisor at Glasgow’s Skypark

Glasgow-based asset management firm Resonance Capital, has announced that it has been appointed by Hermes Investment Management, the £33.6 billion manager, as strategic advisor at Skypark, Glasgow.

Resonance Capital recently advised Hermes Investment Management on the acquisition of Skypark from Hudson Lone Star.

Skypark is one of Scotland’s biggest and most vibrant business destinations comprising six buildings totalling 560,000 sq. ft. with planning for a further 420,000 sq. ft. across two development sites and a workforce of almost 4,000 people. It is home to over 50 businesses that reflect Scotland’s economic diversity with a thriving social scene and services for tenants; monthly meet ups, sewing, craft and art classes feature alongside beauty, massage and Skyperks discount card. Practically, the site is supported by a five star service ethos and concierge; Four Seasons Nursery, ATM, prescription delivery and two cafes are on-site. Tenants include Axis Animation, Motorola, Clyde Space, Spire Global, Peninsula, Ceridian Europe, Capita, Dermalogica, Sweat! Gym and Travel2.
