Wilson is a senior independent director at the bank. Previously she was the former chief executive at Scottish Enterprise and is the current chair of FirstGroup.

Donnelly is currently working as a non-executive director of software accountancy giant Sage and also Premier Foods. She was formerly a senior executive at Procter & Gamble.
