In his role, Mr Juskowiak will focus on accelerating the adoption of RSE’s treatment solutions – both in the UK and in overseas markets – as well as strengthening customer confidence in RSE as a long-term, trusted supplier of innovative technologies. 

He will also play a central role in scaling RSE’s product portfolio. 

Mr Juskowiak brings extensive specialist knowledge in treatment technologies, gained through a distinguished career spanning various managerial and non-executive roles across the water industry.

He joins RSE after spending 22 years with Scottish Water, most recently as the organisation’s former director of transformation. In his role, Mr Juskowiak was responsible for leading the delivery of a £1bn transformation strategy to ensure a sustainable and affordable future for Scottish Water and its customers in a rapidly changing operating climate.

He is also currently a non-executive director of Scotland Rural College (SRUC) and was appointed to the board in June 2025.
