The initiative founded by Eden Scott, Cazenove Capital, MBM Commercial and CT, replaces the group’s previous conference-led format with a year-round series of expert-led masterclasses.

The move reflects a growing recognition that while access to capital remains important, scaling businesses also need support around leadership, talent, financial planning and growth strategy. Over the past four years, the Invest2Scale partners have worked closely with founders across Scotland and have seen first-hand that successful scaling requires much more than investment alone.

The programme kicks off with Finance2Scale on 21 October at The Lookout, Edinburgh Futures Institute, before moving onto sessions about talent, international growth and investor readiness.  

The masterclass series includes Finance2Scale, Talent2Scale, Globalisation2Scale and Pitch2Scale, culminating in a London investor event designed to connect Scotland’s most ambitious businesses with investors actively seeking high-growth opportunities.
