Scottish litigation funder appoints new general counsel

Restitution, the only litigation funder founded in Scotland, has expanded its team with the appointment of Frances Sim as general counsel to its Edinburgh office.

Ms Sim brings over 20 years of experience in Scottish law firms to Scotland’s first litigation funder.

In her new position Ms Sim will continue the expansion of Restitution, a tailored litigation funder with access to specialist and unique funding sources designed to help individuals or companies pursue litigation, arbitration and all forms of dispute resolution.
