Strong second quarter for Perthshire property market

Nearly £70 million worth of homes were sold by Perthshire property bosses during the first half of 2017, with some homes selling in a matter of days.

Breaking that down, the average house has sold for £179,097.

The second quarter of the year was a significantly better one for PSPC, with almost £36 million worth of sales in April, May and June. June was a particularly strong month, with more sales than June 2016.
