Trading Central has expanded its range of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)with two new funds launched through white-label platform HANetf.

The Trading Central Quant U.S. 50 Equity Index UCITS ETF (TCQU) and Trading Central Quant Global 50 Equity Index UCITS ETF (TCQW) each charge a total expense ratio of 1%.

They are listed on the London Stock Exchange, Xetra, Borsa Italiana and Euronext Paris, and are eligible for the French PEA account.

The funds track the Solactive TC Quant U.S. 50 Index and the Solactive TC Quant WW 50 Index. Both are built on Trading Central’s TC Quantamental Rating framework, which scores securities on growth, value, income, quality and momentum to select the top 50. The indices are equally weighted, capped at 17 securities per sector and rebalanced monthly. The ETFs use physical replication.

Trading Central chief executive Alain Pellier said the launches continue the firm’s push to turn its methodologies into investable products, giving European brokers and distributors “a new way to expand their client proposition”.

Hector McNeil, co-founder and co-chief executive at HANetf, said ETFs were “fast becoming the default vehicle for investors globally”, pointing to more than $23 trillion in global assets and flows into European ETFs up more than 15% over the last quarter.
