The role
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our HMP Glasgow team based in Glasgow.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be working within the HMP Glasgow team, supporting them in delivering robust financial reporting and controls for this £750m strategic project.
Your day-to-day will include:
-Providing financial reporting and governance for the HMP Glasgow project
-Managing cash flow, cost control, and finance-based risks
-Driving solutions to add value and maximise opportunities through to completion
-Developing strong relationships with clients and supply chain to support cash management
-Preparing cash flow forecasts, budgets, and group reporting packs
What are we looking for?
This role of Finance Business Partner is great for you if:
-You are a fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years post-qualification experience
-You have experience in the construction industry
-You are technically capable and commercially aware
-You can produce high-quality management information and influence operational teams
-You have strong systems skills (Oracle experience is a plus)
