We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner (Manager) to lead our finance business partnering service and support effective decision-making across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys influencing strategic decisions and working closely with operational leaders to deliver great outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a high-quality finance business partnering function, providing insight, challenge and support to drive organisational performance and value for money.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading finance business partnering across Trust
  • Developing budgets, forecasts and financial plans
  • Producing management information and performance analysis
  • Supporting value for money and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strengthening financial controls and governance
  • Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders
  • Leading, coaching and developing finance colleagues
  • Contributing to the wider management team

What We’re Looking For

You will have strong finance business partnering experience, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to turn financial insight into business improvement.

Essential attributes include:

  • Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer outcomes
