Mr Mustafa works within the firm’s wider Lender Services Practice Group and acts for major UK banks, lenders and financial institutions on complex volume debt and asset recovery (in Scotland), as well as banking disputes, enforcement actions and personal and corporate insolvency matters.

He advises on litigation strategy, reputational risk and compliance with consumer credit and financial conduct regulations, helping clients manage risk, resolve disputes efficiently and protect their commercial interests.

Mr Mustafa frequently represents clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has particular expertise in defended litigation.
