The 36 promotions include a new Head of Cyber Services, Paul Kelly in Edinburgh, and 3 new Directors, Sally Cheeney in Perth, Matthew Allan in Aberdeen, and Matthew Swann in Edinburgh. Additionally, Ian Craig has been promoted to lead the Perth office.
