CBRE brings next-gen Aberdeen office development to market

Global real estate advisor CBRE, in partnership with Graham and Sibbald, has unveiled to the market a new Aberdeen office development, The Apex, situated in Dyce.

The building, which recently featuring in the film “Tetris”, is undergoing extensive refurbishment works.

Extending to 70,000 sq ft over three levels, The Apex benefits from high quality, modern office space and an EPC A rating. There are offices available from 1,000 sq ft and provisions for a refurbished canteen, business lounge, cafe and gym. There will be a central communal space which boasts a stunning three-story glass atrium and far-reaching views of the surrounding area.

The building features a controlled air conditioning system, internal fibre cabling capable of speeds up to 10GB and a secure on-site data centre. In addition, the building is equipped with 24-hour monitored CCTV and extensive parking with newly installed EV charging stations. The building currently draws 50% of its energy from zero carbon sources.

The Apex has recently secured its first tenant in Network DNA, highlighting the demand for high quality refurbished space within the Dyce Area. The specialist network and communications consultancy predominantly focuses on the North East of Scotland and serves over 10,000 users across 15 countries.
