Consilium Chartered Accountants has successfully guided the shareholders of Axiom Project Services Limited through the firm’s acquisition by Bellrock Group.
Axiom – a property and construction consultancy with offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow – joins Bellrock’s consulting division. Established in 2013, Axiom specialises in project management and cost consultancy services for private-sector developments in the leisure, residential, and industrial sectors.
Consilium provided the shareholders of Axiom with corporate finance and tax advisory services in the deal. Corporate finance partner John Blair and tax partner Craig Coyle led Consilium’s advisory team.
Gary Logue, managing director at Axiom, said: “Consilium delivered outstanding guidance throughout the deal process, ensuring we achieved a transaction that strengthens our competitive position and accelerates our growth strategy.”
Mr Blair said: “Having known Gary and the senior Axiom team for many years, it is especially gratifying to assist them in completing this exciting transaction. I have no doubt that the business will go from strength to strength as part of the Bellrock Group.”
For Bellrock, the deal expands their consulting expertise, strengthening their regional reach and offering clients a broader range of intelligent property services. Backed by Sun European Capital Partners, the business is a leading intelligent property services management firm with over 2,000 employees around the UK.
Discussing the acquisition, Bellrock CEO Carlo Alloni said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Axiom. With its private-sector expertise and regional insight, we’re set to strengthen our consulting division and unlock new opportunities to enhance our service offerings and deliver even greater value to our clients and teams.”
Axiom was advised on legal matters by Fraser Morrison and his team at McKee Campbell Morrison.
