James Jones & Sons acquires Lancashire Saws

Stirlingshire-based James Jones & Sons Ltd has completed the acquisition of bandsaw blade manufacturer and saw servicing provider Lancashire Saws Ltd.

James Jones & Sons has had a long-standing relationship with Lancashire Saws and this acquisition provides both companies with a strong platform for further development.

Tom Bruce-Jones, chairman of James Jones & Sons Ltd, said: “We are delighted to have concluded this transaction and are really pleased that the existing management team are staying on within the Group to provide continuity and the same quality of service to all customers, facilitate the integration and to help realise our long-term strategic plans.”
