Mr Bennett served as a chief marketing officer with Netflix from 2012 until 2019. He previously held senior positions within Warner Bros Entertainment, including vice president, interactive, world wide marketing and director, new media and interactive marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He

He also provided advisory services to the chief executive at Microsoft Xbox and leadership teams, as well as the founders of Nubank. Mr Bennett is currently the chair of the supervisory board of Zalando SE, which is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. He is also a venture advisor to TCMI, and Inc.

Lloyds stated that Mr Bennett has “extensive consumer engagement and digital platform experience. He has a track record of advising technology companies and possesses a deep understanding of customer data and analytics and technology’s role in engaging consumers.”
