Founded by respected industry professionals Colin Webster and Fiona Barron, the firm brings with it over 50 years of combined experience, including nearly a decade of working closely together in the accounting sector.

The decision to establish their own independent firm followed a significant transition at their former workplace. After the passing of the much-loved founder, Sheila Colaluca, and the subsequent sale of the business, Mr Webster and Ms Barron felt a strong desire to preserve the core values and client relationships that Ms Colaluca had nurtured over the years.

Co-founder Ms Barron said: “We really didn’t want to lose the values and client-first mindset that Sheila passed on to us.

“It meant a lot to us to carry that forward, so we decided to create something of our own – something grounded in trust, professionalism, and a deep sense of care.

“We’ve been truly touched by how many clients have already come with us on this new path.”

B W Accountancy Services is already gaining traction, with a substantial number of long-standing clients making the transition alongside them. The firm offers a comprehensive range of services including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, and full-service accounting for individuals, sole traders, and businesses with turnovers of up to £5 million.

With backgrounds spanning oil and gas, corporate finance, and local enterprise, Mr Webster and Ms Barron offer a unique combination of industry expertise and local insight. Their open-door policy reflects a deep commitment to accessibility and trust, welcoming clients from all walks of life, whether they need quick advice or full-scale financial support.
