New audit director among Chiene + Tait's recent appointments

Kasia Kozak

Accountants Chiene + Tait (C+T) have announced the appointment of Kasia Kozak as audit director in a recent series of appointments.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ms Kozak joins from Johnston Carmichael where she led audits for boutique asset managers, private equity funds and other financial services sector clients. In her new role, she will take over from Euan Morrison as director of C+T’s audit department, enabling Mr Morrison to focus on his role as the firm’s head of charities.

Lynette Anderson has been recruited to take on a lead role in C+T’s payroll division. She joins from FNZ Global Technologies, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in international payroll management to the firm.

C+T has also announced the appointment of Chantelle Martinez who joins its employment tax compliance and advisory team in Glasgow. After starting her career with a ‘Big Four’ firm in Aberdeen, Ms Martinez most recently worked at AAB. Her experience spans across multiple sectors where she has advised clients on complex employment tax issues, including tax-efficient remuneration packages, termination arrangements, salary sacrifice support and off-payroll working rules. Ms Martinez’s skills and expertise also expand C+T’s expatriate tax offering.

C+T managing partner Carol Flockhart said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kasia, Lynette and Chantelle to the firm. They are all experienced and highly regarded professionals who bring new expertise and vigour to three key areas of the firm.

“We are really pleased to have these high calibre recruits onboard we all look forward to working closely with them as we continue to grow our client based across Scotland and throughout the UK.”
