Strachan and Kemp Commercial Services agree ten year lease at Langlands Commercial Park

Knight Property Group has secured a further tenant for phase one of Langlands Commercial Park in East Kilbride with Strachan and Kemp Commercial Services Ltd signing up for a ten year lease.

The lease is for Unit J, which comprises 2,500 sq ft of industrial space, a small office and associated car parking. The unit also benefits from 6.74m eaves height and electric roller shutter doors.

Strachan and Kemp provide the complete contractor solution to commercial property clients. This includes regular contract work, maintenance, refurbishment, dilapidations, cleaning, ground maintenance, waste services, along with on-call emergency repairs. The new base at Langlands will be the company headquarters and the main focus for further business growth throughout Scotland and beyond.
