Emma Noble joins Scottish Financial Enterprise board

Lloyds Banking Group’s Emma Noble has joined the board of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE).
Ms Noble, group director of conduct, compliance and operational risk (CCOR) at Lloyds, replaces Jackie Leiper, who stepped down from the board at the end of 2025.
She brings more than 10 years’ experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where her role involves helping the Group deliver its strategy safely, leading relationships with regulators and acting as a trusted partner to the business.
She was also recently appointed as chair of Lloyds Banking Group’s Scottish executive committee.
Ms Noble said: “The financial and professional services industry plays a crucial role in supporting Scotland’s economy.
“SFE members do amazing work supporting the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities up and down the country day in, day out
” I am excited to join the SFE board and work with its members on our shared ambition to create an even stronger, more inclusive and sustainable industry.”
