Deloitte’s three new partners in Scotland

Deloitte in Scotland has announced a series of internal promotions with partners appointed in its Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen offices.
Hayley Strachan has stepped up into the role in Aberdeen, alongside Ben Hacking in Glasgow and Joe Scott in the capital – all three having joined the firm as graduates.
Strachan leads the global employer services team in Scotland, having begun her career at Deloitte in 2008. Hacking joined the firm in 2012 and sits within the financial investors business. Scott’s career began in audit and assurance in Edinburgh and his work primarily involves financial services firms, particularly investment managers and large private capital business.
Deloitte has also welcomed back Ross Millar as a partner in the Edinburgh office. He previously joined the business in 2006 in the former risk advisory practice, where he worked for more than 12 years and rejoins within the strategy, risk and transactions advisory team to focus on the investment management and wealth sector.
In total, 286 people have now been promoted across Deloitte’s Scottish practice this year, including eight new directors, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to talent development.
